This is a challenging role that requires collaboration with the business to meet recruitment and talent mapping needs in the UK and Ireland. As a subject matter expert, you will provide valuable insights and guidance on market conditions, candidate journeys, and recruitment trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:
You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for Nomad Foods Group, UK & IE, permanent and contract vacancies. This includes working closely with the HR Centre and HRBPs to enhance the onboarding process for new talent, including early careers candidates joining our graduate programme.
Relationship Management and Data Management:
You will record and track applications received for functional areas of the business. Ensuring accuracy of social media and ATS content and timeliness of interviews and offers being made. Maintaining and measuring Key Performance Indicators for all recruitment activity, ensuring hire costs and 'time to hire' measures are kept to a minimum and within KPIs.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have previous experience in talent acquisition, particularly in FMCG, this could be an ideal opportunity to develop your skills further.
Requirements:
- iCIMS Applicant Tracking System experience
- Ability to lead managers through the recruitment process
- Qualified to conduct OPQ analysis and debriefs
