We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the onboarding and administration of brokers, intermediaries, and business partners. Based in London, Milton Keynes, or Wilmslow, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth operations.


What You’ll Do:

• Manage the onboarding process for brokers and intermediaries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Process and validate payments, invoices, and updates for brokers and introducers.

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls and emails.

• Monitor pipelines and create management reports.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.


What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with brokers and intermediaries.

• Strong communication, time management, and compliance awareness.

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

• Strong Excel
