Clinical Educator

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing medical-grade skincare brands, known for their innovative, science-based, medical-grade products. With over 100 years of combined experience, they offer customisable products and exceptional client support to ensure top-quality experiences for patients.
They are looking for a Clinical Educator to join their team in the UK who will deliver in-clinic training to clients, including nurses and dermatologists, and provide ongoing in-clinic support, helping them effectively use and sell the retail products. The person in this role will deliver the company’s professional training to clients within their training centers in the north of the UK, along with the opportunity to write content and conduct Instagram Lives and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and clinical training to a diverse customer base, supporting account development and ensuring customer training objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and Account Managers to implement clinical treatments, achieve clinic targets, and manage customer relationships for revenue growth.
- Proactively manage own learning, track training outcomes, and contribute to the development of new training courses while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive working environment and exceptional customer experience.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:
- Experienced aesthetician (NVQ3 or equivalent) with advanced aesthetic treatment expertise and a strong understanding of Cosmeceuticals, skin anatomy, and the Aesthetics industry.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent customer engagement skills.
- Skilled in delivering engaging and effective training to various skill levels, with the ability to learn, retain, and apply technical, scientific, and clinical information.
- Possesses strong business knowledge of professional skin clinic operations, and excels in teamwork and stakeholder management, ensuring training results in measurable outcomes.
- Full, clean driving license.
