Job summary The non-clinical educator will identify and support the learning needs of primary care workforce in particular the non-clinical roles and work with key stakeholders to organise, develop and deliver training. Acting as an expert resource and champion for education and best practice, ensuring local training resources are appropriate and up-to-date, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and senior colleagues. Specific education interventions will be provided and may be co-developed with key stakeholders. They will also assist in coordinating the delivery and evaluation of training.
