The Role
This full-time Office Excellence & Contract Support position is based on-site in Slough and offers a unique opportunity to become the backbone of our office and contract operations. You’ll wear many hats, handling office administration, supporting contracts, and ensuring everything flows smoothly. Think of yourself as the ultimate problem-solver and organizer, making a tangible impact every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Office Operations Guru: Manage daily office activities, from coordinating vendors to overseeing stock, supplies, and deliveries.
- Contract Management Whiz: Ensure contracts comply with requirements, track progress, and handle documentation with precision.
- Administrative Powerhouse: Prepare invoices, purchase orders (POs), and reports while managing schedules and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supporter: Assist senior management, liaise with subcontractors, and organize meetings, events, and staff training.
- Detail-Oriented Organizer: Proofread documents, take inventory, manage diaries, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Collaboration Expert: Work closely with security, facilities, and data center teams to address needs and implement solutions.
