Business Excellence Leader, Commercial UK

Deliver exceptional performance insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions at a national level, providing key performance reporting, trend analysis, and predictive dashboards to evaluate and enhance business activities.
About the Role:
- Develop and provide commercial business with performance reporting and dashboards to enable clear sight of trends, predictions, and actual performance.
- Collaborate with Global colleagues to ensure accurate representation of the UK business in reports and dashboards.
- Promote agreed KPIs with the commercial leadership team for defined areas, monitoring and evaluating all commercial activities to demonstrate progress.
- Optimise business operations by leading process improvements and change management initiatives, achieving efficiency and effectiveness aligned with commercial operations' needs.
- Oversee performance and relationships with external pilot providers of flexible commercial resources, making recommendations for resourcing flexible commercial resources.
- Manage data and solutions from external providers to meet the needs of the commercial team.
- Develop the commercial induction program structure and content, coordinating its delivery.
- Evaluate training interventions' success, providing regular reports to Head of Customer Engagement.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture within the Business Excellence team by leading, managing, and coaching team members.
- Contribute to tender processes across the product portfolio for the UK, maintaining key information on internal and external sites.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years of significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial leadership and business analytics roles.
- Experience in training roles in UK healthcare, field, and office settings.
- Significant understanding of NHS funding and commissioning processes.
- Basic knowledge of medical aspects of therapeutic areas, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise.
- Expert knowledge of market analytical systems.
- Demonstrable experience in performance coaching and in-field coaching.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- A proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive outstanding commercial achievements.
- Professional-level English language skills in oral and written communications.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
