Financial Recovery Specialist

Seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Controller at CCG Head Office. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in managing credit notes, refunds, banking transactions, and cash flow forecasting.

About the Role:

  • Manage credit notes and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead daily and weekly cash uploads, ensuring all cash is allocated correctly.
  • Monitor cash flow forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis, helping us stay financially stable.
  • Oversee month-end reporting, ensuring accounts are closed accurately for debtor reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files.
  • Liaise effectively with residents, their families, external agencies, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Credit Control or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 and Xero is an asset, but strong IT skills in Excel are essential.
  • Methodical approach to tasks and deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
