Financial Manager

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to balance financial acumen with customer service skills.
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at CCG Head Office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in credit control, preferably within the care sector. A methodical approach and strong organizational skills are essential in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit notes and refunds, handling banking transactions, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills are required to liaise effectively with residents, their families, external agencies, and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in credit control
- Methodical approach and strong organizational skills
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
- Familiarity with Sage 200 and Xero is a plus
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays
