Financial Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and paying invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and pay invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Support with month-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve any financial discrepancies
- Participate in financial audits
- Assist with other accounting projects
Requirements:
- An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
