As Performance Coordinator youll be the person turning data into action. By investigating delay reports and supporting our performance teams youll help us recover quickly spot patterns and improve services across the North.This is a role for someone who loves detail thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of the bigger picture keeping people moving and journeys running smoothly. What youll be doingInvestigating real-time delays using NTL systems such as Kestrel IRMA rosters Trust and other systemsAccurately inputting and managing data in delay reporting software Liaising with traincrew managers and performance teams to confirm causes of delayAnalysing trends to support performance improvement initiativesProducing reports and escalating unresolved issues where needed About youYoull bring a mix of data confidence and people skills.
