We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Specialist, Digital Product Performance. The Specialist, Digital Product Performance plays a pivotal supporting role across the Digital Product Performance function, contributing to behavioural insights, CRO programme coordination, and test implementation. Working closely with the Managers of Digital Product Insights, CRO Programmes, and CRO Implementation, this role helps deliver high-quality outputs that improve user experience, drive conversion, and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and a passion for digital optimisation. Candidates with coding skill, particularly in front‑end technologies will be well‑positioned to contribute to test builds, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives. Insights & Analytics Support Assist in analysing user behaviour across LFC’s digital platforms using tools such as ContentSquare, Hotjar, and Google Analytics. Support the creation of reports and dashboards that highlight performance trends, friction points, and optimisation opportunities. Maintain a central repository of insights and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the team. CRO Programme Coordination Help manage the CRO testing roadmap by tracking test status, results, and learnings. Support ideation sessions and stakeholder engagement by preparing materials and capturing feedback. Annotate Google Analytics with marketing and testing activity to ensure accurate performance tracking. Test Build & Implementation Assist in configuring A/B and multivariate tests within Dynamic Yield and other platforms. Support QA processes including cross‑device/browser testing and tag verification. Maintain documentation of test setups, targeting rules, and success metrics. Contribute to troubleshooting and debugging test implementations, especially where code changes or tagging are involved. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the three Manager roles to ensure smooth handoffs between insights, planning, and implementation. Contribute to workshops, retrospectives, and process improvement initiatives. Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends to support innovation. Personal Development Receive informal guidance and mentorship from the Manager roles to build skills in analytics, CRO strategy, and technical implementation. Take ownership of small projects or tasks within larger programmes to build confidence and capability. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated individual with proven experience in a digital product, UX/CRO, or analytics role, either agency or client‑side. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and BI dashboards, along with a basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tag management. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to problem‑solve independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a creative and analytical mindset with a strong instinct for good UX/UI. Experience using collaboration tools like Trello, Jira, or GitLab is desirable, and you should be comfortable working across multiple teams while managing competing priorities. Desirable skills include: hands‑on coding experience in front‑end development, familiarity with testing platforms such as Dynamic Yield, exposure to e‑commerce platforms like Magento, and an understanding of GDPR and data privacy in digital environments. Experience reviewing wireframes or prototypes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and an interest in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands would be a plus. Why should you apply?
