Sitting within the overall HR Department, the Rewards, Benefits and MI function is responsible for the design and delivery of remuneration and benefits to the organisations staff, the management and recording of staff data and the provision of management information and reports as required by the organization and external bodies.


The HR Reward and MI Analyst plays a pivotal support role in the ability of the HR team to function successfully and at the world class level it aspires to. Moreover, the efficient provision of staff reward, the accuracy of HR system transactions, and producing management reports in respect of these activities influences the operation of the wider organization and its management decision making.


The post holder will report to the Reward, Benefits & MI Manager but span the whole HR team and cross departments to provide expertise and support related to reward, benefits and the production of management information.
Oversee the operational implementation of the staff benefits package, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, to ensure successful delivery.

  • Contribute to the HR team payroll process, liaising with colleagues in payroll and the HR Team to ensure smooth and error free operation
  • Creation and provision and interpretation of management information reports generated from the HR system for distribution to the Board, Leadership Group and Senior Managers.
  • Contribute to the production and interrogation of management information reports
  • Act as HR lead on cross departmental working groups
  • Review and update staff intranet
  • Act as Data Controller
  • Set protocols for the HR team to follow in relation to data and file management.
  • Take a pivotal role in the annual pay review process, providing supporting data for submitting proposals for approval, preparing costing models and historical and current data analysis to facilitate management leadership decision.
  • Deputise for the Reward, Benefit & MI Manager where necessary and provide support in the delivery of the staff reward package, including pensions.
  • Support audit activities
