The Governing Board of Highfield Hall Primary School , Chesterfield, is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic member of staff to provide admin support (mornings), including attendance work, as well as Family Support in the afternoons.

The role would involve supporting with the office functions of the school, including dealing with enquiries from parents and managing attendance. However, the role also involves working with families to overcome barriers to ensure children reach their potential at school. Examples include working on strategies to improve attendance, completing Early Help Assessments and other appropriate paperwork, or supporting families with parenting skills.

We are looking for someone who has a sense of humour and is will full embracing all aspects of school life to join our wonderful team.
