Housing, Health and Communities are moving through significant change driven by a new Council Corporate strategy, an ambitious change programme and the need to develop improved services to meet the new Housing Regulations and Consumer Standards.

This is an exciting time to be part of a Business Development and Change Team who are supporting the service area to provide exceptional and transformational services to our customers.

We are looking for someone to be the service area expert in ICT systems, processes, data collection, analysis and interpretation, and use this expertise to support the team and service managers in driving efficiency and improved customer services. To proactively collect, analyse, monitor and regularly report on performance and customer insight data to inform the service area of its position, and identify areas for improvement.

It is essential that you have experience of collecting data and extracting information from databases, analysing and reporting on that data. It is expected you will have 2-3 years’ experience of working within an IT support environment and have an understanding of SQL report writing. Alongside this it is essential that you have the ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative business and customer data and translate the findings into meaningful information.

You will be someone with good interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex data in ways that are adapted to, and understandable by, the target audience.

The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available.
