As a Production/Fabrication Co-ordinator, your role will be to support the fabrication department in the efficient delivery of production and fabrication processes. This position bridges administrative tasks and leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.


Duties:



  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of production and fabrication projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards..
  • Help coordinate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure project readiness and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes to ensure all fabrication work meets the company's rigorous standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and internal safety protocols.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any minor issues or changes in project scope.
  • Utilise nesting software to optimize the use of materials for CNC machinery, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes

Experience:



  • Experience within Production or Fabrication support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
