Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Implementation Advisors who support the EMEA account opening process for our Large Corporate Industry segment. The role entails project managing all aspects of account opening and product implementation, navigating the organisation on behalf of the client to ensure a smooth account opening process.

Responsibilities:
  • You will project manage all aspects for clients and update them every step of the way.
  • You will implement standard and common Treasury product packages for clients.
  • You will monitor progress of implementation and end to end resolution as applicable.
  • You will respond to implementation requests received by email and phone, and questions from internal partners or clients.
  • You will conduct research using various bank systems to enable response to client questions and inquiries.

What we are looking for:
  • You will have broad understanding of cash and treasury management products.
  • You will have prior experience in managing onboarding with multiple deliverables and internal/external stakeholder management.
  • You will have the ability to influence people, drive key deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills that will help (optional):
  • Efficient organisation and leadership skills will be an advantage.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
