About the Role
As a Business Support Officer for the Adults Long-Term teams, you will be responsible for:
Providing telephone and face-to-face support to operational staff, community workers, service users, and their families. Handling sensitive enquiries and information with professionalism. Working collaboratively with internal and external partners. Offering high-quality administrative support, proposing creative solutions to operational challenges. Coordinating and supporting ongoing projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Collaborating with other Business Officers to maintain consistency and excellence in our practices. Updating and maintain information using Microsoft packages.
About you
About You
Empathetic and caring with the ability to remain emotionally resilient. Flexible and able to embrace change and support new ways of working. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proactive in learning and personal development. Able to travel to and work within Cambridgeshire County Council offices. Creative problem solver with good decision-making skills.
