Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Spalding
Hours and pattern: 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off
Remuneration: £13 per hour
Contract Details: Temp-To-Perm

Responsibilities:

Manage the transport window as an efficient and organised transport administrator, supporting the
smooth operation of our client's warehouse and logistics processes.
Deal with inbound drivers, ensuring they are checked in and directed to the correct loading locations
with a friendly and professional approach.
Liaise closely with warehouse supervisors to coordinate loading activities, optimising efficiency and
ensuring timely despatch of goods.
Provide vital administrative support to our client's transport team, assisting with data entry,
documentation, and general clerical tasks.
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the transport function by maintaining accurate records and
producing reports as required.

Skills Required:

Experience as a transport window operative or in a similar role within a transport or warehouse
environment.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with inbound drivers, warehouse supervisors, and
other team members.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Proficient computer skills, with experience in data entry and general admin work.
A positive and enthusiastic approach, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
