We are looking for an Administrator to provide efficient, professional and customer focused administration support to the Logistics team.
**PERMANENT ROLE**
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Assist customers and business partners via appropriate communication methods.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Assist with compliance tasks for the operation.
- Data entry and other administration related tasks.
- To achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and producing reports and escalating any issues through the management team
**What you need to succeed**:
- Previous experience within a transport/logistics organisation desired but not essential.
- Previous experience within a customer service role.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements.
- Effective Customer Service Skills
- Good working knowledge of UK Geography.

**Salary**: £10.52 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
