JOB DESCRIPTION

Procon Engineering, a leading provider of high-quality electronic weighing and process control solutions, is seeking a new Service Co-ordinator. Based at our office in Sevenoaks, this is an excellent chance to play a pivotal role in supporting our field-based Service Engineers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the vital link between our customers and our team of skilled field-based Service Engineers
  • Coordinate the calibration, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of electronic instrumentation across the region
  • Ensure our engineers are efficiently deployed to customer sites, keeping all parties informed of schedules, progress, and any changes
  • Liaise closely with both our field engineers and valued clients, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service/ Service Coordinator position
  • A proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly computer literate, with the ability to utilize various software and systems to plan, schedule, and track service activities
  • Strong telephone manner and the capacity to build positive relationships, as you will be the friendly voice of Procon Engineering for our customers
  • Adept at working under pressure and making decisions independently, thriving in an environment where no two days are the same
