Our client is an advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants.

They are currently looking for an experienced Construction Engineer who is able to manage construction works for an Ammonia Cryogenic tank project, project site is located in Immingham.

Candidates must have:

- Proven experience in construction management

- Participated in major infrastructure or industrial projects

- Technical background: piling, civil works and / or mechanical works (Steel structure, piping, equipment installation, E&I)

Ideally have previous experience in Cryogenic Tanks (not mandatory)

1. Budget Management: Work with the project management team to establish and manage the construction budget, subcontract management and progress control and reporting

2. Design Coordination: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that the works meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements and best methods for construction are implemented.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the works meet the required quality standards and specifications.

4. Safety Management: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and practices throughout the project to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Liaise with HR and administration to ensure correct set-up and management of IR relation of our subcontractors

6. Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any delays or deviations from the schedule to ensure timely project completion.

7. Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
