We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Construction Engineers to lead Work Packs. Working collaboratively with our clients and partners, you will:

  • Implement best practices on new build projects to grow, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Conduct constructability reviews of client-provided engineering to ensure spatial conformity for installation.
  • Collaborate with clients to find agreed outcomes.
  • Support the development of construction estimates and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with the project supply chain and 3rd party contractors to achieve project deliverables and KPIs.
  • Provide direction to engineers and subcontractors to ensure construction tasks are completed in line with business operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordinate and lead construction reviews with project stakeholders.
  • Manage construction delivery documentation, including work instructions, RAMS, and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain the construction and delivery schedule to ensure successful delivery of work packages.

Key to success is collaboration, overseeing, and interfacing with numerous third-party stakeholders to develop, liaise, and safely deliver high-quality construction work on schedule and on budget.

We are seeking applications from experienced Graduate-level Mechanical Engineers with construction and installation experience of industrial plant and processes, including HVAC, Piping, and Mechanical equipment, as well as various service systems and EC&I equipment integration. Your experience should include construction installation of safety-related structures, systems, and components operating within hazardous safety-critical environments.
