Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing commercial input to the Estimating department for the submission of tenders.
- Working closely with our Estimating, Design, H&S, Buying, & Operation Departments to develop pre/post-contract feasibility & viability strategies.
- Managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
