ITAdministrator:in First Level Support Yourtasks

As part of the team, you will take onincidents as well as service and information requests, which youwill receive via various media (telephone, e-mail, ticket system).

  • Managing, monitoring andprocessing incidents
  • Forwarding of incidents(subsequent incident levels) and monitoring of fault clearance
  • Completion of 1st level tasks within thedefined framework
  • Pro-/reactive performancemonitoring and resulting incident handling
  • Regular review of the system status
  • Creationand maintenance of information in the global knowledge base
  • Processing service requests and carrying outthe associated, necessary clarifications in the event of an error
  • Appropriate documentation of servicerequests and communication with users as part of the requestfulfillment process
Your profile
  • Professional experience in theservice sector, for example in a service-oriented IT area
  • Broad background knowledge, for examplethrough vocational training in the IT or hotel / tourismenvironment
  • Knowledge of handling servicemanagement tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of client operating systems, IT networks and IT processesdesirable
  • Hardware knowledge
  • German and English at business fluent level (C1 / C2)

Personally, you will impress withyour strong service mentality as well as a high willingness tocooperate and a very good communication style.
