Job Description:

We are looking for someone to help shape and manage our team responsible for getting content from brief through to master assets storage, onto our brand portal where it can be found my marketeers and then requested to be Published to the downstream channels.

The role will be to lead the day to day activities of a team managing the operations of our Marketing Work Management platform which comprises of Adobe Experience Manager (Storing the content), Creative Cloud (creating the master content), WorkFront (request and workflow) and the brand portal (where the users browse/search for content for their channels). This platform supports the various marketing teams in driving content across channels for their Smoke Free Products. The key streams of work will cover documentation/support, request management, content/asset management including taxonomy, content reuse/repurpose, the processes around delivery to different channels and in different contexts and insights on content performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the MWM platform (AEM, Workfront & Creative Cloud)
  • Maintain and communicate the training and support portal helping users to self help and make requests
  • Establish SLAs and report on them
  • Lead the Librarain function for Digital Asset Management (including Taxonomy, Filenaming, Folder structures, Usage Rights data) maintaining robust processes to ensure content is stored consistently and correctly.
  • Help drive a templated approach to master assets in order to reduce manual steps and duplicated master assets i.e. leveraging AEM Catalogues, Collections and Products and integration with AEM sites
  • Own change requests coming from the business teams, helping the requestor to shape a business case and passing it to the Product Owner for prioritisation.
  • Continuously look to improve data, systems and processes. Proactively evaluating new ways of working to resolve problems and improve efficiencies
  • Support with the strategic future of our DAM solution helping to provide user stories for improvement requests

Experience

Adobe and other marketing tool certifications are nice to have. Experience managing DAM. Taxonomy and Global Naming Conventions. Request Management and Problem Management standards i.e. ITIL


•Experience managing Digital Asset Management capabilities and Request management to global marketing teams including agencies and franchised organisations.


•Strong communicator, adept at building collaborative relationships across teams. Comfortable working with stakeholders to understand issues and help resolve them.


•Experience working in collaboration with outsourced teams to deliver support services.
•Can deliver through others, leaning on the wider teams to deliver where needed

Other Skills/Function Specifics


• Substantial digital marketing experience and knowledge of global marketing content deployment including training, adoption, operations and support.


• Managing remote teams and outsourced services


• Experience with Digital Marketing Platforms and tools such as AEM, Adobe Target, Creative Cloud, Online behaviour/analytics tools, Sprinklr).


• Proven skills in setting up Digital Marketing support teams


• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
