We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Infopro Digital. As a key member of our Risk Global organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Tech Stack Management
    • Develop and maintain our marketing technology infrastructure, including HubSpot and other leading marketing automation platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase ROI.
  • Data Governance and Integrity
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to marketing teams on marketing technology and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing technology and automation.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and other leading marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
