YHA London Earls Court are looking to recruit a Team Member for 15-40 hours per week.
YHA London Earls Court is just a short walk from Earl's Court Underground station and is really easy to find and makes for a convenient base for a cheap London break. Situated on an affluent residential street, the hostel is a gorgeous Victorian building and boasts a courtyard garden which guests can make the most of during the summer. As a Reception Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll find yourself at the heart of our mission, making everyone feel at home, regardless of their background or circumstances.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sharing Local Insights: You'll be a local expert, offering tips and knowledge about the area to all our guests, ensuring everyone feels at ease and informed.
- Leveraging Technology: Welcoming our guests with a smile, and ensuring their departure is as smooth as their arrival by utilising our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Responsive Communication: Handling queries by phone and email, providing support with a friendly and helpful demeanour.
