Analytics Manager

Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics, this role calls for a collaborative & brilliant strategic mind to deliver truly innovative work for our clients. You will work closely with internal client leads to build quant-based models that help clients optimise their media investment and answer any questions that require data analysis. A solid understanding of how to do and deliver MMM/Econometrics is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead a small team of data analystsPresent in a clear and engaging manner to clientsBuild models by employ various data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis/principal component analysis, experimental designs using statistical software (Python or R)Create project plans to manage expectations and deadlines for successful deliveryManagement of data collection / processingCommunicate complex analytical results and their corresponding implications in a way that is easily understandableLead preparation of reports / presentations, uncovering insights and developing business recommendations based on data findingsPresent to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations of the projectsSelling and scoping projects to existing clients
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
MMM/Econometric modelling experienceAdvanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or Quantitative MarketingStrong analytical, statistical, and modelling skillsExperience in managing projectsExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailProficiency in designing, building, and optimizing complex data and econometric modelsStrong understanding of best practice in marketing attribution (e.g. MMM, MTA) and consumer journeyExcellent knowledge Microsoft Office suite of applicationsAbility to work with Python or R
