Trust Safeguarding Lead

Permanent, 32.5 hours (Plus)

Salary: L14-16 (Leadership Scale) / Or equivalent Bucks Pay Scale

Start date: September 2024 / January 2025

Insignis Academy Trust (IAT) requires its Trust Safeguarding lead to be forward thinking and engaging leaders who will help build the future successes of the Trust's Schools.

Insignis Academy Trust (IAT) requires its Trust Safeguarding lead to be a strategic safeguarding leader with the skills to quickly adapt to support for to always ensure we are supporting children quickly.

We are looking to appoint talented and inspirational safeguarding specialist to continually transform the lives of students at IAT schools alongside our hard working and dedicated teams within our schools.

This is a post that is applicable to an experienced safeguarding practitioner, who is passionate about leading, managing and working with our schools, children, colleagues and external agencies to ensure that across IAT to meet ambitious but attainable goals. You will have been a successful safeguarding professional in either education, Local Authority or School Inspection and will be able to demonstrate the impact you have had on developing staff and improving conditions, progress and outcomes for students.
