Bucks Pay Range 4 - actual salary £25,043 to £26,885

(equivalent to £29,477 to £31,645 for full time)

The position

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, inspirational and dedicated EAL Interventions Lead with a strong commitment to helping our students in an educational setting and to support access to learning for children with specific needs by leading interventions outside of the classroom. As an EAL Interventions Lead you will have a specific focus on the needs of students who demonstrate very low levels of literacy skills or who are not native level English speakers and to be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school. As a member of our team, you will be passionate about contributing your skills to ensure all our children and young people receive the best possible education.

With around 1,000 students on roll and an over-subscribed Year 7 intake, we're a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire.
