Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Organise and prepare the reports on client transactions and personal funds in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address any compliance issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports on client transactions and personal funds before submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes in reporting requirements.
  • Interpret regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Timely response to requests regarding client transactions and personal funds from the regulator and auditors
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory reporting requirements and procedures.
  • Prepare reports to meet external reporting requirements and support business objectives.
  • Provide analytical support by generating insights and forecasts to aid in decision-making.
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry, preferably in forex trading.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
