Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of regulatory reporting commitments across Europe and Asia.
  • Oversee the production and review of daily and periodic reporting obligations within the regions.
  • Exhibit and develop technical expertise in relevant regulatory areas, providing support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of assigned regulatory reporting projects, managing the entire process from quality control to issue escalation.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream processes and systems to facilitate effective report preparation and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to identify opportunities for enhancing regulatory reporting processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and their implications for team operations, actively participating in project teams to implement suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a centralized repository, ensuring the documentation of end-to-end processes for all assigned regulatory reporting responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to recognize and execute process improvements.
  • Knowledgeable in policies, practices, and technologies relevant to the business area.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements is preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel, including experience with lookups, matching, and pivot tables; familiarity with PowerBI and/or Tableau is advantageous.
