The Opportunity
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.
The Head of DX Content, EMEA is an exciting new role reporting to the Director Customer and Campaign Marketing at Adobe.
This role requires a high level of collaboration with teams across Adobe, and presents a huge opportunity to lead on the planning, implementation and performance measurement of a content strategy across campaigns teams.
We are looking for an analytical & creative individual, with an audience-first mindset to drive the EMEA content strategy for Digital Experience Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Develop and lead Adobe's EMEA DX content strategy that supports integrated marketing alignment from brand to demand.
- Partner with analyst team to define content measurement and performance model and outline Key Performance Indicators and set targets to ensure success
- Orchestrate the content strategy across multiple teams and channels for programmes spanning top to bottom of the marketing funnel
- Optimise content performance by regularly conducting in-depth audits and analysis
- Define and implement processes to ensure high levels of visibility and collaboration across teams
- Be the EMEA POC for Global content projects and priorities, building strong relationships with the Global Content Team to influence and ensure strong alignment
- Own relationships and processes with external content agencies and freelancers to ensure the highest quality work and governance.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline required
- Proven experience in a content marketing/content strategy role
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably in tech
- Experience in building executive-level materials, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand presentations
- Ability to undertake significant change and project management activities operating across teams and regions
