Position Overview
This role is a key hire for the trading management team.

This role will lead a divisional content process for EMEA and LATAM, devising the content tactics to represent the brand and buys in a premium way which increases customer engagement across all channels and countries.

This role has several stakeholders and partners within Brand Marketing, Buying and VM to ensure there is a common thread throughout the journey always with a localized lens for all channel and devices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy

  • Devise annual content refresh forecast ensuring we are localizing based on customer demand, trends and key regional dates (target 30%)
  • Partner with Trading Strategy team on areas of opportunities and tools to improve our brand expression and engagement for the websites across all channels.
  • Keeping an awareness of competitor sites and web best practices to ensure a fluid and optimal journey on all the content you migrate/edit.
  • Devise seasonal wireframe plans to drive KPI's, factoring in channel alignment and real estate support for Website, SOTF and APP. Deployment
  • Lead the team to ensure all content is deployed on time and correct for all channels and devices.
  • Partner with the Web Ops Manager to ensure we are consistently reviewing tools and processes to ensure we are on par with the industry and reducing manual tasks. Collaboration
  • Collaborate with wider marketing, creative and design teams to ensure the content is optimized for conversion.
  • Partner with SEO lead to ensure we are improving on SEO implementation from a content pov.
  • Partner with performance marketing and paid media teams to ensure content is aligned across the board and the consumer has a streamlined journey including product ownership and landing experience.
  • 3rd Party Vendor Management.
  • Partner with North America on new ideas and best practice sharing Team
  • Lead and develop the team members.
  • Quarterly, Mid-Year and Annual touchpoints on business and development goals.
  • Consistent and productive feedback with all team members on performance.
  • Publicise the content roadmap, ensure you are continuing to update the team on changes and ensure they are aware and understand their role to play so they are fully engaged.
  • Be a key advocate for all team members, ensuring you are a positive change agent as the business continues to evolve.
  • Consistently empower your team, unlocking roadblocks that are identified.
  • Bring them along for the journey, ensure you are creating a culture where the team feels they are working to the common goal vs purely executing.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 6+ years of experience in field, more years within ecommerce/retail background
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker, with proven business acumen. Clear understanding of success metrics.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, high intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
  • The ability to analyze data and create a working theory from data sets
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage projects, people from afar.
  • Thirst for knowledge and consciously drive to keep abreast of the industry trends.
  • Thinks creatively.
  • Project management skills would be a plus.
  • Understanding on SEO.
  • Effective written and oral communications skills, with sensitivity to global communication needs.
  • Experience in presenting at all levels including Senior.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team to success.
