Our Purpose

As an ICT and Digital Service we work collaboratively to prioritise, manage demand, design and shape digital services and to respond to digital inclusion challenges in North East Lincolnshire. Your Role

ICT support is the core function to providing operational support, and the administration element is key to ensuring effective asset management, record keeping and order processing.

The administrator role works closely to support and assist the senior ICT administrator, ensuring compliance with asset management policies and accurate record keeping.

In a team of thirteen, the ICT administrators plays a crucial role in ensuring adequate and sufficient equipment for end users, as well as leading with admin and documentation, for recording and audit purposes. The administrator is responsible for following financial processes, through ordering equipment, in line with contractual arrangements and procedures.

About You

You will need to have great organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload coming from a range of sources to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The role has a requirement to liaise with external suppliers and support the Senior ICT administrator with all tasks, so will require professional communication, and use of different methods of contact. Quality and accuracy is crucial within this role.

Working Arrangements

This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role will require a blend of mainly office-based working, with occasional home working in line with needs of the service).
