This breakfast waiting staff position will require full flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 3pm.


Key competencies and duties include:

• Greet customers/guests and answer questions about service offerings

• Process any payments

• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their breakfast meal and
upsell any extras.

• Must be fully flexible and able to get to and from Resorts World
Birmingham with ease.

• Be warm and professional

• Be a confident and effective communicator, who can demonstrate their
ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all
