Product Designer We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Product and Design team and help shape the future of banking. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into visually appealing, functional and user-friendly designs – making sure that what you're creating always meets users' needs. This role is unique as you'll work closely with the Director of Product Design and be part of different squads and across a variety of projects, depending on roadmap priorities.
You'll be

Collaborating with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs and project requirements.
Designing interactions that put usability first to create delightful, intuitive and accessible products and experiences.
Creating high-impact designs, user flows, wireframes, sitemaps and prototypes.
Presenting your work to peers, partners and stakeholders, and articulating how it meets user insights and business goals.
Iterating on your designs based on user feedback, usability testing and data-driven insights.
Supporting engineers to build the best products possible, and working closely to ensure that what's been designed gets built.
Sharing knowledge and learnings with your peers, pushing design standards forward and always seeking new ideas and input.
Championing both the brand and the user to help get us closer to our overarching product vision.

You'll need
Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer (or similar role), with a track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences (ideally in an agile environment) and a portfolio to match.
To be comfortable connecting strategic goals with exceptional design solutions while understanding technical feasibility and constraints.
Experience across the spectrum of product design, including running user research sessions and using feedback to guide your work, prototyping, and testing solutions, designing interfaces, and delivering high-fidelity designs for development.
To not only be familiar with product design but also service and motion design and be comfortable incorporating high-res prototyping into your work.
To be an expert in tools such as Figma, Sketchand/or the Adobe Suite.
A concrete understanding of and experience with Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
