About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our design team as one of the first members. As a Product Designer at Limbic, you'll play a crucial role in improving the patient and therapist experience. You'll work closely with our growth, engineering, and clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive engineering teams towards shippable solutions to complex problems, working collaboratively to develop clear proposals through multiple iterations.
  • Transform user research into high-fidelity designs, refining existing implementations to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality mockups and visuals that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless implementation, maintain app quality, and identify bugs.
  • Continuously validate the user satisfaction of shipped solutions, seeking low-effort improvements with the highest impact.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate technical knowledge and user insights into visual and quantifiable results.
  • Previous experience designing product features from scratch, owning the design from ideation to production.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in UI, UX, and visual design, with a portfolio that showcases your skills.
