Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Location: Holywell

Hours: Monday-Thursday (39 hours)

Our client work with some of Britain's biggest and best-loved retailers. They manufactures more than 10,000 pieces of upholstery every per week. They have one of the largest designs and development studios in the UK, as well as extensive state-of-the art manufacturing facilities at their four UK sites collectively, together comprising over 450,000 square feet of production, design and office space.

They are now looking to appoint a Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team in Holywell.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare, verify, and distribute customer invoices
  • Receive, record, and process customer payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage overdue accounts and collections
  • Communicate with customers to address account inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
  • Generate and analyse accounts receivable reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
