Location: Holywell, UK

**Salary**: £11-£12, dependant on experience

8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Speak with clients and customers to provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring that all details are accurately noted and entered into our systems.
- Reconcile customer accounts and chase overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and generating sales reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Experience with accounting and invoicing software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Holywell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
