**Accounts Assistant**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the finance team as an Accounts Assistant.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Processing supplier invoices - Matching supplier invoices with goods receipts or obtaining written approval for supplier invoices
- Resolving supplier queries - Deal with telephone calls from suppliers and advise when payments will be made
- Resolving supplier queries regarding prices or non-delivery of items on invoices received
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation - Distribute credit card statements and request credit card supporting documentation with appropriate authorisation levels
- Enter credit card onto the ERP system, with VAT applied correctly
- Daily recording of customer receipts
- Supporting HR (Time & Attendance)

**Benefits & Working Conditions**

Completely flexible with the hours and days of working. Part time role 25-30 hours a week but would consider increasing to 37.5 hours of work if needed with a 1.00pm finish on a Friday (if worked).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
