Job Responsibilities

Purpose

To offer Maintenance Engineering support and expert engineering guidance aligning with relevant standards and regulations of the client and company. Develop maintenance strategies, routines, and philosophies for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, and oversee activities within the client's CMMS.

Key Functions

  • Ensure efficient data input and management in the CMMS database.
  • Manage project-specific technical data obtained from the client's library.
  • Create Asset Register and hierarchy based on project documentation.
  • Conduct criticality assessments and contribute to FMECA / RCM reviews.
  • Formulate maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies for oil and gas installations.
  • Coordinate with Client Technical Authorities and Disciplines Leads to optimize maintenance requirements.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and operations departments on equipment and reliability matters.
  • Assist in spare part evaluations and bill of materials development.
  • Prepare data for reviews, client presentations, and meetings.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Reassess maintenance programs based on operational feedback.
  • Contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
  • Support Oceaneering contract management ensuring technical delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Degree qualified, with practical experience in relevant maintenance discipline

DESIRED

  • Attainment of professional engineer status within the local region
