As a Centre Manager, you enjoy analysing data driven insights to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market dominance.

This role would suit an experienced manager/supervisor looking to take the next step on a progression journey towards a General Manager role.

Summary Responsibilities
Lead and coach your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Create and execute tactical marketing campaigns
Investigate and remedy customer complaints that cannot be resolved within the dealership departments and ensure that the appropriate corrective action is taken to prevent re-occurrence
Step in to provide hands on operational support and cover within your teams as and when required
Employ data-driven insights to optimise strategies and efficiencies

Job Types:

GBP35,000.00-GBP50,000.00 per year
