Payroll & Benefits Advisor - 6 month FTC - Hybrid - London - up to £50,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a law firm, which is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Advisor, on a 6 month FTC basis. You will be assisting the UK payroll, consisting of 260 volume, via a third party provider. The role is responsible for accurate payroll processing of benefits administration and will work closely with internal teams.



The Payroll & Benefits Advisor will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UKProvide comprehensive support to employees with payrollWork closely with HR to ensure processing accuracy and data integrityPerforming data checks between payroll and HR system, WorkdayProcess monthly pension schedules and ensure timely paymentsConducting Payroll and Benefit Induction training for all new joiners; providing guidance to non-UK nationals when first arriving in the UK about the UK tax system and employee benefitsActing as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for all payroll, pension and benefit queries from employeesMaintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures

Key Skills:Have a minimum of 5 years exposure of UK payroll and benefits administrationFinancial Services/ Professional Services is essentialADP experience is essentialVendor management experienceAdvanced knowledge of ExcelAnalytical and methodical in your approach to problem solvingExcellent attention to detail and communication
