Description

  • Handle all aspects of the purchase ledger including processing invoices and managing payments
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the department
  • Support other members of the finance team as needed
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency within the role

Profile

A successful Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SAGE
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office suite
