Job Summary

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our client's finance team on a 9-month basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial operations and potentially transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage email inbox and respond to queries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Purchase Ledger positions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good Excel skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
