We are working with a company in need of a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an ongoing interim and full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage a large volume of paper invoices
  • Accurately record and update financial transactions on Sage
  • Obtain approval for invoices and prepare BACS runs

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with Sage accounting software
  • Ability to process a high volume of paper invoices efficiently
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments

Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based position in North Leeds
  • Free parking available
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
