Purchase Ledger Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team at JHE & Partners as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all payments being made from the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payments and ensure that they are in the correct format before being sent for approval.
  • Use and understand the Dynamics 365 and FMS systems to deliver payment files to the Treasury team for processing through the bank.
  • Take responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of all payments being made from the business.
  • Ensure external suppliers are sent remittance advice in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Purchase Ledger or a similar field.
  • Ability to work hard and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient and hardworking with a passion for Purchase Ledger.
