We are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Elevation Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices into SAGE, matching purchase orders and delivery notes, and requesting and chasing up approvals of invoices.

The ideal candidate will have strong Purchase Ledger experience, previous experience with SAGE 50/SAGE 200, and strong computer skills including MS Excel. You will also have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

This is a full-time, office-based position on a permanent basis. The salary is up to £28k depending on experience. If you are interested in this role, please click apply now or get in touch for more information.

  • Process high-volume invoices into SAGE
  • Match purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Request and chase up approvals of invoices
  • Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
  • Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required
  • Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary
  • Deal with CIS and subcontractors
