We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in central London.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable function, including coding, processing and matching purchase invoices, preparing and performing bi-weekly, weekly, fortnightly and ad hoc payment runs, and reconciling supplier statements.

You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, credit card and employee expenses, and accounts payable ledger, as well as assisting with updating and maintaining cashflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coding, processing and matching purchase invoices
  • Preparing and performing bi-weekly, weekly, fortnightly and ad hoc payment runs
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Reconciling credit card and employee expenses
  • Reconciling accounts payable ledger
